Singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist John David Williams first appeared on the music scene in 2009 as a drummer for the Evan Taylor Jones Band. Influenced by an array of genres ranging from folk-rock all the way to soul sounds of MoTown, JDW finds inspiration from each genre to create his own unique one-of-a-kind sound.

JDW’s musical range has given him the opportunity to play in a handful of bands which eventually launched his solo career. JDW has played all across the state of Florida at a variety of venues such as The Hard Rock Daytona, The Daytona International Speedway, The House of Blues, Disney Springs, and 5-Star Golf Resorts.

As a member of the band Rock For Children, JDW appears on the Grammy-nominated album Solid Rock Revival, which features performances by Alice Cooper, Slash, Rob Halford of Judas Priest, Darryl McDaniels, of Run-DMC, and others.
Proceeds from the album benefit Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Centers and the Norelli Family Foundation.
